Return, Exchange, and Delivery Time Policy:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaged in its original cardboard box, exactly as it was upon delivery.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed by returning the amount to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Any return requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.
  • Corrections for order errors are accepted only if the customer informs store management within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • If no specific delivery timeframe is agreed upon, store management commits to delivering the product within a maximum of 15 days from the date of order confirmation and invoice issuance.

Product Return or Exchange Policy:

  • The original invoice must be presented.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the price tag and brand label intact, and returned in its original box or packaging.
  • The returned product will be inspected. If no damage resulting from misuse is found, the product value will be refunded using the appropriate method for you. A response will be provided within a maximum of 7 days from the date the specialized team receives the returned product.
  • If, during inspection, it is found that the product is free from the reason stated in your return request, the refund will not be processed and the product will be returned to you.

Exceptions Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Defects or damages resulting from misuse.
