Warranty and Maintenance Policy

Products are covered by warranty on a product-by-product basis, in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified by the manufacturers of each product.

The warranty does not cover misuse, improper use, breakage, liquid spills, or any repairs carried out outside an authorized service center.

To benefit from the warranty, the customer must provide the original purchase invoice and return the product with its original box and all accessories.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the service center will repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, the store will replace it with the same product. If the same product is not available, the customer has the right to receive an alternative product after paying the fair usage value, or request a refund after deducting the fair usage value.
(Fair usage is calculated at 5% of the product’s purchase value per month, starting from the purchase date, with a maximum deduction of 80% of the product value.)

The repair or replacement period for warranty-covered defects is up to 14 days maximum, excluding delivery/shipping time.

The customer bears any applicable shipping fees. The customer may also return the product to the store warehouse during official working hours at the following address:
Al Sahaba Road, Ishbiliyah District, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
